Illuminate Labs' Beast is the world’s leading game lighting middleware and has been licensed for more than 40 major game titles as well as an increasing number of midsize and small projects. Beast has been successfully integrated with numerous in-house game engines as well as commercial game engines such as Unreal Engine 3, Gamebryo LightSpeed, and Evolution Engine.

This most recent version of Beast features two entirely new modules:
    * DistriBeast, an extremely fast and easy to use distribution engine for managing render farms.
    * eRnsT, a real-time visualizer that allows artists to explore and control the lighting set-up without having to run a complete bake.

Together with Illuminate Labs’ proprietary LiquidLight technology, these two new modules turn Beast into a complete pre-computed lighting solution that addresses all aspects of productivity, such as visual quality, performance, and artistic control.

To visit Illuminate Labs at GDC, please come to the Nordic Games booth, #1802 in the South Hall or come visit one of our sponsored sessions, Lighting Your Game the Beast Way, daily at 3:00-4:00pm in room 302 in the South Hall.
