Congratulations to Tiziano Baracchi (Thaldir) and Marco Fantechi (medunecer) on winning a set of tickets (value of €400) each to the VIEW 2009 Conference in beautiful Turin, Italy. The VIEW 2009 Conference is the biggest annual international event on Computer Graphics, Interactive Techniques, Digital Cinema, 3D Animation, Gaming an VFX.

VIEW 2009 will continue to focus on exploring the increasingly fluid boundary between real and digital worlds. Through lectures, meetings, tributes, exhibits, screenings and demo presentations VIEW will reveal the new digital frontier sweeping from cinema to architecture, from automotive design to advertisement, from medicine to videogames.

In another piece of news from Turin, the VIEW committee wants to tell us about the opportunity to buy a reserved seat in the front rows for all the talks and workshops.

VIEW offers the opportunity to reserve, for instance, a seat for Paul Debevec's workshop (2 November from 09:00 to 18:00, Virtual Reality & Multi Media Park C.so Lombardia, 190 – 10149 Torino) with a 50.00 Euro donation through PayPal. Seats are selling very fast and without a reservation the front row seats will not be guaranteed.
