Finally it's finished.I really get enjoyed in this challenge.I hope everyone feels the same and get enjoy with the scene.Here is the story:
THE MAGIC FLUFF
In the land of Dabunlesia there exists a legend about a bird, a magical bird. It’s magical though it has magical fluff. If somone gets just one fluff, he gets the ability to fly. This magical bird is called ‘Simurg’. Believed by the legend, Simurg has thirthy different birds’ features and is supposed to bring good luck. Inspired by the legend, dissipated ‘Nosey’ and ‘Freckle’ begin a journey with their little monster friend ‘Greg’ and lazy firefly. Using his pump arrow, Nosey gets fluff from every bird that they come across on their way and collect them on the carriage to test them afterwards whether they function or not. Whenever they come across a bird, even they don’t feel like it’s the magical one, they get a fluff. One day they come across with a bird with its bemused fluffy baby in its nest. The bird is a puhu. Nosey and Freckle don’t know anything about the puhus which get so angry with the ones close to the nest. But they feel that the bird is the one. Then they feel like they’re under a spell and they looked charmed at the puhu. Nosey gets his pump arrow ready to get the magical fluff and Freckle tries to reach the puhu with a vine as he has lost his mind. What a big mistake was that, thinking that puhu is the one that they were looking for. But there was a truth about the ‘Simurg’ behind the tree where the Simurg was watching them with a funny, inquisitive expression.

All the characters are modelled and textured,lighting effects are done in maya.
The tree,ground and the foreground rocks are detailed in zbrush.
Background is detailed in Photoshop.All the post effects are done in both
in maya and photoshop. |

Frecle is seen while he is flying by using a vine as he charmed towards the mother bird puhu.What a big mistake thinking puhu is the magical bird that they were looking for. |
